Following on from the success of their new-look Graduate Scheme in 2020, BakerHicks officially welcomed 11 new graduates into the business this week at an induction day held in Warwickshire.

As part of an ongoing commitment by the business to attracting, developing and retaining the best talent in the industry, the scheme provides new graduates with a structured and practical training programme, helping them on their path to becoming chartered engineers and architects.

Through practical placements, on-the-job coaching and tailored training, scheme participants will experience all aspects of the business. With a focus on core values and competencies, as well as personal and technical skills development, the programme provides graduates with the opportunity to be involved in a range of industry-leading projects. They’ll also have access to a mentoring scheme, in-house technical experts and the chance to work with some world-class clients.
