Experienced in strategic leadership and a qualified mechanical and process engineer, Christian’s role focuses on identifying existing and emerging markets and recognising how our organisation can serve those within them. This includes recognising client needs, establishing the strategy and driving our sales and business development efforts.
Christian’s other main focus is on the development and progression of junior engineers within the business. He enjoys building talented and qualified teams who can face a challenge and deliver successful projects.
