As a department lead and a qualified chemical engineer, Damien is responsible for ensuring that projects are consistently delivered to the very best standard. Through close working with our delivery teams, he takes pride in empowering and shaping the next generation of engineers. He actively supports this through the recruitment and ongoing development of talented individuals, ultimately ensuring a flexible business response for clients when they need it most.
Damien works with our management team to set the direction of the business, placing emphasis on the client relationship and the importance of trust and transparency as projects unfold. He also played a key role in the opening of our Lausanne office in early 2021.
